Fogel Capital Management, Inc. is regularly appointed by the New York State Supreme Court for the management of trusts and guardianships.

We at Fogel Capital love the ocean and have always supported the efforts to create a great marine environment in south Florida. The Artificial Reef fund has deployed a new wreck the Glasrud.  It is a 61ft. tug boat and was sunk just off of St. Lucia inlet in about 190ft of water. We were very pleased to be part of this project.
